What does an item on pre order mean?

Purchasing an item on pre order means the item is not in stock but you pay the full amount for the items and for shipping. The items will not be ready to be shipped out until 4-6 weeks later.

How long does a pre-ordered item take to arrive?

Pre ordered items take between 5-6 weeks to be processed and shipped out. Once your item is in stock and ready to be shipped out, you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be sent to you

What does a buy now item mean?

A buy now item is in stock and ready to be shipped out once purchased. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow 1-2 days for processing on all orders. 

If I buy a buy now item and a pre order item when will my order be delivered?

If you purchase a buy now item and a pre order item under the same order, all your items will not ship until the entire order is in stock. This is to avoid paying for shipping twice. If you are happy to pay for shipping twice, place your pre order items and you buy now items under separate orders.

I ordered from overseas and have not received my item/s yet, why?

We understand you want your pieces to arrive as soon as possible and we work with the best carriers to try and make that happen, but at times there can be delays. Depending upon volumes at customs, delays may occur. If you track your item online and the status shows it is with customs, we are unable to intervene, but can assure you, your item/s will be delivered promptly by the carrier upon release.

What if I received the wrong item? 

Please email us at info@gbemi.co.uk. In the rare instance that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item. 

Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties on top of my order? 

Gbemi is not liable for any customs clearance fees your country may charge. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. 

What do I do if I put the wrong shipping address? 

You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 
However, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
